FAQ

Questions families ask before the first shift

Plain answers about attendants, hours, and what we will not do.

What care can I book?

Elderly care, patient care, day and night attendants and aayas, baby care, maid services, home cooks, and housekeeping. Each one is its own shift. You can combine them when a house needs more than one person.

Do attendants replace a doctor or a nurse?

No. Attendants and aayas help with bathing, dressing, meals, company, movement around the flat, and medicine reminders from the boxes you have packed. They do not prescribe, inject, or change a doctor’s plan. If a procedure needs a nurse, keep that visit and let our person cover the hours in between.

Can I book a day, a night, or twenty-four hours?

Yes. Day duty covers the morning bath, meals, and the afternoon. Night duty covers the hours after the family needs to sleep. A twenty-four-hour plan is usually two people with a handover, so nobody is left awake past what is safe.

Can I ask for a woman or a man?

Say it on the first call. Many older women want a woman for the bath, and some men want a man. We would rather decline a poor match than send someone who will be refused at the bathroom door.

Where do you send people?

The work happens at your home, across Hyderabad. The desk itself is at Flat No. 128/1, in the lane beside Kamineni Hospital, Mansoorabad, L.B. Nagar.

How do I start?

Call A. Sailaja on +91 95339 09627 or WhatsApp A. Swamy Naidu on +91 94940 71023. Tell us who needs help, the hours, the floor, and whether the hard part is morning, night, or both. If the need is today, say so.

Will I meet the person before the first shift?

Where the calendar allows, yes. A short introduction is better than a stranger arriving at the bedside. If someone is needed the same day, we will tell you plainly what we can do.

Can one person cook, clean, and watch a patient?

Household work is booked separately. A person mopping cannot also be the one watching a bedridden parent. Ask for an attendant and a maid, cook, or housekeeper as different shifts when the house needs both.
